2007 Overview

As the charitable arm of the BCHA, the British Columbia Hotel Foundation has been “opening doors to a brighter future” for individuals and families since 1997. We are very pleased to present today's Charity Golf Day to benefit the CH.I.L.D Foundation. Thank you to all the golfers, sponsors and volunteers for your help in making this a successful industry event that is not to be missed!

11th Annual BC Hotel Foundation Charity Golf Tournament

Thank you for joining us at the 11th Annual BC Hotel Foundation Charity Golf Tournament. Established in 1995, the foundation continues to support worthwhile charities through this tournament well as past on-line auctions and other ventures. Last year we broke the $1,000,000 mark in funds raised and we thank you and many sponsors for your continued support. This year's tournament proceeds will once again go to CH.I.L.D ( Children with Intestinal and Liver Disorders Foundation).

This marks our 6th year at the beautiful Richmond Country Club. We thank Head Professional Derek Thornley and all the staff here for their assistance. We hope that you enjoyed your day on this beautiful golf course as much as you will enjoy the fabulous dinner
to follow.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank all the sponsors who provided on course food and refreshments. We ask that
you take a few minutes to review the full list of sponsors in your program and join us in recognizing their generosity. We would especially like to thank The Globe And Mail for once again agreeing to be our presenting sponsor and our dinner sponsor Jardine Lloyd Thompson Canada Inc. As you are aware, a lot of effort goes into preparing for
an vent such as this. Thanks to our prize committee members John Le Bleu, Francis Parkinson, Reid James and Pat McCormick for procuring the many prizes we gave out and to the BCHA office staff for all their time and effort. As always, a special thanks to Alan Sacks, tournament coordinator , for another successful sold out event.
